Okay, I thought Cody's puke episodes at school was over. We thought it was a stomach bug, but now, we are really starting to wonder what is going on! I got a call today at school at 2pm from the nurse. Now, I think I know the nurse better than his teachers! Apparently he threw up again and needed to go home. This is the 4th time Cody has been sent home within a month. What is up with that??!! Throughout all his 2.5 years of preschool and one year of Kindergarten he NEVER went home sick or vomited at school. I am starting to wonder if he has acid reflux or some other stomach issue. Needless to say that we will be visiting his pediatrician soon about this. He NEVER vomits at home so we are quite puzzled. He is not eating anything new so that eliminates food allergies. Hopefully we get down to the root of the problem before he misses more school!

Hmmm, definitely puzzling.
-Are they allowing him enough time to eat/chew his food? (In other words, does he feel rushed to eat too quickly?)
-Is he maybe drinking more liquid before/during/after meals at school than at home?
-Are these episodes following a very physical activity like gym? Are they on the same day each week???
How frustrating (and concerning). I'll pray for Cody, that this is resolved or the source is identified.
