Day 2 - Hollywood Studios

Saturday morning arrived and so we quickly got ready for the day and rushed to take the girls to their appointment at Bippity Boppity Boutique. They were greeted by their fairy godmothers who transformed them into princesses! Carleigh wore her Cinderella costume (her future Halloween costume) and picked the "fairy tale princess" hairstyle. She enjoyed picking out her makeup and facial stickers. Photographers came around and took their picture in about every stage of the makeover.

Then off we went to pick up our Disney tickets and then quickly journeyed to Hollywood Studios. Let's just say it was quite busy due to the Star Wars weekend! We saw lots of Star Wars characters....some familiar and some not so familiar and rather strange! The kids had a BLAST at the "Toy Story Mania" ride where they shot guns in an arcade style ride in 3D! We all enjoyed "The Little Mermaid" show and tried to stay cool despite the awful upper 90's. I was so glad that the girls had their hair done up because it helped them to stay cool.

Our last ride was somewhat climatic. Jen, Avery, Cody, Carleigh, Matt and I rode the "Twilight Zone's Tower of Terror." It was a great ride especially if you are a Twilight Zone fan. The adults enjoyed the ride, the kids' well not so much! The camera pic of it was PRICELESS! Needless to say, they were VERY leary of any dark ride after that!

We came home and went swimming and tried to relax.
