Everyone went back to school or work yesterday. It was hard getting up early and driving to school, but once I was there, it felt like I had not been gone for 16 days! Carleigh was all smiles when we talked about her first day back and this week, her class is reading "The Kitten" by Jan Brett (one of my fave books!) and are talking about mittens all week.

It was easier for me to wake up this morning since my body was in shock yesterday morning and now is getting used to the 5:3am wake up call. (And I fell asleep much easier as well.)
