Tidbits

Now that we are having gorgeous weather for a change, the kids are loving the outdoors again! Well, Matt needed to mow the lawn, so I casually say to the kids "You want to go for a wagon ride?" Cody then climbs in and Carleigh follows him and snaps herself in. After the wagon ride, Carleigh wanted to throw rocks into my sister's pond. She is soooo sooo obsessed with throwing rocks into water. Lately, she has had alot of opportunities due to the numerous puddled in our driveway, road, and well basically just everywhere!

We are supposed to have a great weekend and we are contemplating what to do each day. We are still debating whether to go to Indiana one day so that Carleigh can throw rocks into a big creek but gas prices are just crazy! We will definitely take them to a park or two this weekend.

On the school front, I have just 3.5 school days until summer break. Tomorrow is the last "academic" day of the year. Tuesday, we will be going to our grade level picnic at Harbin Park, Wednesday is field day and Thursday is the last day of school and is a half day with an awards ceremony thrown in. I still have to go until June 2. After that Monday, I am free, free, free!!
