We started our journey a few minutes before 9pm. With all of our suitcases and things needed, it took a few minutes to find where to put everything! Then off we went on our journey to Florida! We took a scenic route that took us into the mountains of North Carolina during the night and traveled through South Carolina and Georgia in the morning.
We met our friend Melanie and her son at a beach near her house for lunch and beach time. I was curious to see how the kids would react to the big ocean. The last time we were at a "real" beach they were 3 and 2 years old and very fearful. Well, that was sooooo not the case this year! They LOVED splashing and playing with the other kids!
Afterwards, we journeyed to Orlando and finally arrived at our townhouse! It was time to unwind!! We had quite a fun day planned for tomorrow.
