A Visit From Papaw
My parents came over when Cody and Carleigh were finishing up with their nap. Of course Cody and Carleigh ran to Papaw and sat with him. Carleigh fell back asleep and enjoyed Papaw holding her. They are crazy about him!
Those pictures nearly made me cry, Jen. I love the way my parents loved my children into their hearts without any reservations at all. It's clear that yours have done the very same thing. Isn't that just beautiful?!!!
And that is sooo awesome about Cody knowing his alphabet sounds. I know you'll keep working with him to achieve his fullest potential. I love reading your blog, as I can sooo relate to your joys as an adoptive mom, as well as our challenges related to meeting the unique needs our children have. Blessings, ~Toni~
Yes, I am so thankful to have parents who love my two unconditionally. They try not to have favorites, but Cody has a special place in their heart as they never had a son and he is the only grandson.

Makes perfect sense to me. Btw, if I don't get to say it later, HAPPY THANKSGIVING, friend.
Blessings,
