Last Day of School!

Today was Cinderella's last day of second grade and Mr. C's last day do third grade! Where did the time go? It seems like yesterday was the first day! These school years are flying bad and it is so sad! I am so glad that they are progressing, but sad that my children are growing up! Tomorrow marks the first day of summer vacation and the kids are excited! Cinderella is coming to school with me for Beach Day in my classroom and Mr. C will hang out with his Mamaw.

He came home with a laminated million dollar bill with his face on it and he will not let it out of his sight! His teachers know that he is a lover of all kinds of money! He also came home with a cute owl and the cat in the hat. 

I had the perfection intention to update my blog, but life and sickness got into the way. I have been battling a horrible cough and cold. I broke down today after suffering for almost 3 weeks and went to the doctor. I have Asthmatic Bronchitis. I don't have Asthma, but this Bronchitis has given me Asthma symptoms so now I am trying to figure out inhalers and meds. Hopefully I will be good as new in a few days.

I do have very good news. After 6 months, Mr. C has a big appointment with Cincy Children's on Friday. We got the news last week and are elated! It is a 5 hour appointment with an evaluation or two mixed in, but we are hoping for the best for our little guy!

We are also just a few weeks away until summer vacation! The beach is calling! I need rest and relaxation in the worst way!

Blog Neglect

I will admit that I have neglected this blog! We have been busy and more busy! I promise to update what has been going on in our family and hopefully be able to blog this weekend. And on top of the busy, every day life, I have had a bad cough that went into a major sinus/allergy outbreak. I am doing a little better each day, but I don't think my nose will ever be the same!
